In addition to
the immunizations that have been required, beginning with
the 2014-2015 school year, The Georgia Department of Public Health
requires that all students born on or after January 1, 2002 who
are entering 7th grade, and all new entrants to Georgia
schools in grades 8-12 will be required to have the Tdap
(Tetnus, Diptheria and Pertussis) and meningococcal
conjugate vaccines before entering.
